Support is charged based on time, not individual tasks
How much do you charge?
I offer a standard rate of £25 per hour for all services, allowing visits to be flexible and tailored to your needs.
£15 per 30 minutes
Short visits under 30 minutes are charged at a minimum of £15 to cover travel time and fuel

Helping you or your loved one return home safely, comfortably, and with peace of mind.
A complete support package designed to make coming home from hospital as smooth and stress-free as possible — with everything prepared in advance and support during those important first few days.
What's Included:
✔ Food shop before arrival
Essentials and requested items purchased ready for your return
✔ Home preparation
Heating on, laundry done, fresh bedding on, and a light tidy to create a safe, comfortable environment
✔ Light meal preparation
A simple, ready-to-eat meal to settle you in
✔ Medication collection
Prescriptions collected and brought home ready
✔ 3 days of reassurance visits
30-minute daily check-ins to ensure everything is going well

*Shopping costs are not included and are paid upfront separately. Receipts are always provided*
Do you charge for travel?
Travel in & around Carlisle is included. For visits further afield, a small mileage charge of 45p per mile applies.
Is your service funded by the council or Direct Payments?
Some clients may be able to use Direct Payments, depending on their individual circumstances. You will need to apply for these through Adult Social Care.

*One-off, emergency or daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly visits available - I also offer block visits to access the community or to attend appointments*
