About Me

My name is Rochelle & I set up June Care to offer practical, friendly support that helps people stay independent at home, without feeling like they have a “carer”.

The inspiration behind June Care comes mainly from my Nana June, who is a big influence in my life and often finding there was no support locally, apart from care packages, to support her & enable her to remain independent. I also have a disabled teenage son who will require the support I offer when he transitions to adulthood.

Seeing how important it is for people to feel comfortable, supported, and as independent as possible in their own home and in our local community, shaped the way I wanted to build this service.

Another factor is my career in Social Care and often finding people asking for the services I offer, but again, with no support available locally.

With an 18 year background in Social Care and supporting individuals & their families, I focus on providing reliable, respectful help with everyday tasks — from shopping and errands to companionship and admin support.

Throughout my career, I have gained many valuable skills and completed lots of relevant training, including Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity Act, Dementia Awareness, Autism & Learning Disabilities, Moving & Handling Key-Worker, Data Protection, Medication Awareness, I have my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care & also completed my Care Certificate.

My aim is simple: to make day-to-day life a little easier, while helping people feel comfortable, valued, and in control of their own routine.

Whether it’s a quick visit for essentials or a bit of extra support during the week, everything is tailored to suit individual needs.

June Care is built on trust, flexibility, and a genuinely caring approach — offering support that feels personal, not clinical.
